A moderate- to high- energy workout in the pool for all levels!  Easy on your joints!  Hydrospinning burns calories and offers muscle toning, cardiovascular exercise, endurance building and leg strengthening and challenges core muscles.

Carol Penfield is a Nurse Practitioner, as well as an ACE certified personal trainer, aquatics instructor and nutritionist. Both healthy clients and those with injuries or illness will benefit from her extensive medical knowledge. Carol has specialty training in working with older adults with arthritis, back pain, post-injury limitations, weight gain, diabetes or de-conditioning.
